In modern communication, spectrum monitoring, electronic countermeasures, satellite navigation and other fields, multi-mode digital receivers need to have the core capabilities of simultaneously compatible with multiple communication standards, covering wideband spectrum, and accurately capturing weak signals to meet the diverse signal reception needs in complex electromagnetic environments.
In complex electromagnetic environments, multi-mode digital receivers need to accurately receive signals from different frequency bands and modulation schemes (such as PSK, QAM, FSK, MSK, etc.), and complete signal demodulation and analysis. The GXSC channel analog-to-digital converter has a high sampling rate (up to 80MSPS) and 16 bit high-precision resolution, which can well meet the acquisition requirements of multi-mode digital receivers for different signals.

The GXSC analog-to-digital converter adopts a multi-stage differential pipeline architecture with built-in output error correction logic, which can provide 16 bit accuracy at a data rate of 80MSPS. It is equipped with a high-performance sample and hold circuit and on-chip reference voltage source, and ensures no code loss throughout the entire operating temperature range. This ADC has multiple built-in functional features that enable optimal device flexibility and lowest system costs, such as generating programmable digital test codes. The available digital test codes include built-in fixed codes and pseudo-random codes, as well as user-defined test codes input through the serial port interface (SPI).
The chip uses a differential clock input to control all internal conversion cycles. The digital output data format is offset binary, Gray code, or binary complement, and each ADC channel has a data output clock (DCO) to ensure that the receiving logic has the correct latch timing. This device supports 1.8V/3.3V CMOS output, and the output data can be multiplexed on a single output bus.
