A power amplifier is a circuit that amplifies weak electrical signals and outputs high-power signals. It is widely used in audio equipment, communication base stations, industrial control, and other fields. It usually consists of the following parts:
Analog front-end circuit: used to process input signals.
Gain control circuit: Adjust the gain of the amplifier.
Power amplification circuit: to achieve power amplification of signals.
Input output matching circuit: Ensure impedance matching between input and output to improve efficiency and performance.
In high-precision power amplification systems, the waveform quality, harmonic distortion, and amplitude stability of the output require precise conversion from digital instructions to analog signals. Therefore, digital to analog converters need to have high resolution, low harmonic distortion, wide dynamic range, and flexible configuration characteristics. The GXSC single channel 14 bit 125MSPS high-speed digital to analog converter can accurately generate high-quality analog excitation signals, providing a high-quality front-end signal source for power amplifiers and significantly improving overall performance.

The GXSC digital to analog converter is manufactured using advanced CMOS technology and segmented current source structure, which not only reduces stray components but also improves dynamic performance. Integrated edge triggered input latch and 1.25V temperature compensated bandgap reference to provide a complete single-chip digital to analog conversion solution. Differential current output supports single ended or differential applications. In differential output mode, the matching between two current outputs can affect dynamic performance. The current output can be directly connected to the output resistor to provide two complementary single ended voltage outputs, or directly output to a transformer.
The device has on-chip reference and control amplifiers to provide maximum accuracy and flexibility. It can be driven by on-chip reference voltage or various external reference voltages. The internal control amplifier provides a wide adjustment range (>10:1), allowing the device‘s full-scale current to be adjusted within the range of 2mA to 20mA while maintaining excellent dynamic performance. Therefore, the domestic digital to analog converter can operate at lower power and can also be adjusted within the range of 20dB to provide additional gain variation.
