The core function of precision instruments is the accurate quantification and numerical reconstruction of weak analog signals. Processes such as analog-to-digital conversion, signal conditioning, and parameter calibration all rely on low-drift, low-noise standard voltage references. Voltage reference sources provide a standard rated voltage with an extremely low temperature coefficient, minimal long-term drift, and extremely low noise, offering a fixed and precise voltage reference for precision instruments.

GXSC’s ultra-high-precision bandgap voltage reference chips are specifically designed for precision instruments. These voltage reference sources feature built-in temperature compensation circuits that utilize the principle of positive and negative temperature coefficient voltage cancellation to achieve ultra-low temperature drift at the ppm level, far surpassing ordinary voltage regulators. The chips are engineered with specialized noise-reduction design, resulting in extremely low low-frequency noise and peak-to-peak noise, while also offering an extremely high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) to effectively filter out front-end power supply ripple and high-frequency interference.
The GXSC can provide a 2.5V or 3.0V output with an input voltage range of 4V to 36V and supports a bidirectional load current of up to 10mA. The chip’s low initial error, low temperature drift, low output noise, and strong drive capability make it an ideal choice for high-resolution analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and digital-to-analog converters (DACs), as well as any high-precision application. Additionally, the chip’s TEMP pin outputs a voltage that varies linearly with temperature, allowing it to function as a temperature sensor. It is available in an SOP8 package with an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
GXSC Voltage Reference Source Features:
• Wide input voltage range: 4 V to 36 V
